Devon Autumn Retreat 2021

Join us this autumn in the Devonshire countryside. We will be staying at Eden Rise, a beautiful center deliberately converted for retreats, located a few miles outside of Totnes. We will practice yoga, meditate, eat delicious wholesome food, take a sauna and slow down. This weekend will help you unwind and rebalance, and leave your body, mind and spirit feeling nourished.

Accommodation and food

Accommodation for this retreat is shared twin rooms or mini dorms. Rooms are simple, eco-painted and most have doors to the courtyard garden or upper terrace. Bathrooms are shared. There is also a sauna for guests to use. All meals will be wholesome and vegetarian/vegan. On the Saturday we will take a special trip to the award winning organic restaurant Riverford Field Kitchen for lunch.

Yoga

On retreat there will be a mixture of vinyasa Classes and Yin Yoga. All Sessions are for mixed levels with options for all. The classes will be strengthening, re-energizing and nourishing with dynamic and restorative yoga sessions in which you can follow your own rhythm. The classes are set amidst the Devon hills – looking across the horizon with amazing views from the yoga studio.

Travel

Nearest Railway Station is Totnes (direct line from London Paddington) and then a short (under 2 miles) taxi to the destination. There are parking spaces if you prefer to drive.
