Congratulations on your pregnancy!

Pregnancy yoga is suitable for mums-to-be from 12/15 weeks (depending on how you are feeling) and you can safely practice until your baby arrives. This class will give you the time and space you need to exercise confidently and safely during your pregnancy. Even if you've never practiced any yoga before it is one of the best exercises you can do during your pregnancy.

The sessions are nourishing, gentle and supportive. Which will help you enjoy your pregnancy and also alleviate the common ailments sometimes experienced by expectant mums. Classes are suitable for everyone, you needn't have practiced yoga before to enjoy the benefits of these classes.

Poses are clearly demonstrated and designed to help you feel your best as your baby grows. We also practice useful poses for labour and birth so that they become familiar, comfortable and easy to use instinctively in labour.

Breathing and movement techniques, can help ease common aches and pains, whilst reducing anxiety and improving sleep.

For labour breathing techniques and positions you can use during birth to help your baby on their journey into your arms.

Connecting with other mum’s, having a supportive community you can share your hopes and fears with, and this incredible journey you are on.
