Join us this November in the ancient heart of Cornwall . We will be staying at Rosenmerrynwood, a former artist’s residence, built at the turn of the twentieth century in Lamorna. The location is idyllic; the house is set in seven acres of magical woodland, which are full of natural pathways which follow the stream that tumbles down through the valley to reach the sea at Lamorna Cove.

A rebalancing week of yoga, Spanish autumn sunshine and chilled walks in the Andalusian countryside. Located in the heart of Andalusia, the cultural delights of Cordoba, Seville, Granada and Ronda are just a day trip away. We will be staying at a 200-year-old Cortijo which offers magnificent views of the rolling countryside, olive groves and a laguna which is home to flamingos.
