Practising yoga can have huge benefits for both the body and the mind.

Yoga strengthens and tones the body whilst leaving the mind feeling calmer and more present.

The ancient form of yoga can be practiced anywhere, there is no need for a gym, trainers or even a mat. Hence it is the perfect form of fitness for models who are traveling a lot.

A couple of weeks ago I worked with the amazing Elite model management team on a “How to work out like a model” video for Elite Model Look.
